A fire is raging at the Poly-America manufacturing plant in Grand Prairie, Texas. As usual, no real details. All I can make out so far is that is was started by a downed powerline. It appears that the facility makes polyethylene and makes things like plastic bags, but I am not sure. What does seem apparent is that they have a large inventory of polyethylene, and this is the main source of the fire. The fire should burn through tomorrow.
