On Thursday, July 12, 2018, HAPL will be hosting its annual “Bridging the Gap” Social from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Daisy Dukes (formerly known as Rebels Honky Tonk) on 5002 Washington Avenue. This event invites Landmen of all ages, experience, and backgrounds, from interns to your most seasoned members, to interact and share in experiences new and old. The “Bridging the Gap Social” is wholly funded by sponsors such as yourself. We are requesting sponsor commitments in advance in order to reserve this exciting venue! A financial contribution by you or your company will ensure the success of this very special event. All sponsoring companies will be recognized at the event with the company name and level of sponsorship prominently displayed on a banner. The sponsor information will also appear in the HAPL newsletter, email distribution and possibly other publications.
In addition to the usual sponsorship levels of platinum, gold and silver, we are offering the opportunity for individual Landmen to sponsor the event for $100 and have his or her name displayed on the banner at the event. The deadline for sponsorship is Friday, July 6th.
